Catfish is one of my favorite fish to eat. Being from Louisiana we had catfish quite a bit. I have been following Jeffrey Weeks' Blog, A Taste Of Salty, for a while. He is always sharing some of the best sounding recipes that I have ever heard. He posted an article with catfish recipes the other day, and I just had to share it.
